As a Manual QA Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring product excellence in a high-impact environment. You'll join a collaborative, product-driven team with a strong startup mindset, shaping the quality of a solution used by top-level decision-makers across industries. Your Responsibilities Analyze requirements and create test cases and testing strategies Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory tests Document and report bugs clearly, working closely with developers and PMs Collaborate in product planning and sprint meetings Optionally contribute to test automation (depending on experience and interest) Your profile 2–4 years of experience in manual QA for web-based applications Familiarity with structured QA processes, tools, and methodologies Confident in test documentation, bug tracking, and cross-team communication Good understanding of SDLC and testing levels Experience with Azure DevOps and TestRail (nice to have) Familiarity with Postman and API testing Comfortable in the Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and curiosity Good English communication skills (written & spoken) Based within Europe Preferred Skills (1 = Basic / 3 = Expert) Manual functional testing: 3 Test case writing: 3 Bug reporting & tracking: 3 Azure DevOps: 2 TestRail: 2 API testing (Postman): 2 Exploratory & regression testing: 2 Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook): 2 Test automation (e.g., Python, Playwright): 1 (optional) Why us?
