Tasks Coordinate and manage the executive's schedule, ensuring appointments and meetings are prepared in advance. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence, making sure everything is accurate and well-organized. Handle communication on behalf of the executive, including emails and phone calls, to maintain efficient lines of communication. Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations, to ensure smooth business trips. Support various administrative tasks and projects to facilitate the executive's workflow and help keep the office running smoothly. Requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in both German and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
