Job Summary

1. Actively reach out to potential leads via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other appropriate channels.
2. Proactively search for potential leads on platforms like LinkedIn, participate in events, and utilize various communication channels.
3. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like HubSpot or SalesLoft.
4. Analyze campaign results for continuous improvement of our strategies.
5. Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce for efficient management of customer data and interactions.
6. Use tools to generate addresses and contact information.
7. Hand over qualified leads to the sales team for further processing and business generation.

What you should bring

Required:

8. Fluent German spoken and written communication skills
9. C1 or above English spoken and written communication skills
10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
11. Outgoing personylity with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively across multiple channels
12. Analytical mindset

Optional:

13. Several years of experience in Inside Sales or a comparable position in the B2B segment (optional)
14. Strong skills in using email marketing tools and CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, SalesLoft, and Salesforce
15. A strong understanding of lead generation processes and experience using databases for contact acquisition
