We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Delivery Manager (all genders) in our Munich location to join our team and support one of our international automotive clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the on-time, high-quality delivery of campaign assets and content across all relevant channels. (Digital, Social, Print, etc.) You will act as the central interface between internal teams and external partners – coordinating deliverables, managing feedback and approval loops, and keeping all stakeholders aligned and on schedule, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and transparently. Coordinate and oversee the delivery of campaign content across all formats and channels (digital and traditional media) Create and manage delivery plans and trackers per campaign and brand, including timelines, responsibilities and delivery milestones Own and update the Delivery List and asset documentation in line with client expectations and internal taxonomy Monitor and document feedback and approval cycles, ensuring timely follow-ups and alignment Prepare and update daily and weekly status reports and present operational progress for all stakeholders Collaborate closely with international markets to align on requirements, feedback, and rollout timelines Ensure final assets meet delivery standards, follow naming conventions and are correctly uploaded (e.g. to client DAM or via tools like Cape) Support the continuous improvement of delivery processes and documentation 3 years of experience in delivery management, campaign coordination or operational project work, ideally in an agency or marketing environment Solid understanding of content production workflows and asset localization processes Highly structured and solution-oriented working style Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and feedback loops across departments Strong communication skills in English and German (spoken and written) Confident using the following tools: Excel / Google Sheets, Workfront, Cape by Peach, Box & DAM systems Previous experience with automotive clients or global delivery structures is a strong plus Onboarding: Through personal mentoring and digital onboarding sessions – we ensure your perfect start Further Education: Your development is important to us.
