Business Transformation Expert
Embark on a challenging career path as a business transformation expert, where you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change and improvement. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze regional and segment-specific business requirements and translate them into actionable strategies for implementation within the SAP S/4HANA system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze business requirements and develop fit-gap analyses under the leadership of deputy/hub process owners.
* Steer the modification of end-to-end business processes to meet FIT4 targets of harmonization and standardization, coordinating with entity business experts on preparatory efforts.
* Define and execute the Cut-Over strategy, focusing on data migration and roles setup, ensuring a smooth transition.
* Design, own test cases, and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system.
* Contribute to the roll-in of assigned projects, primarily within a segment, and collaborate with regional hub-leads on necessary cross-SBU initiatives.
About You:
* You possess a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes for plan to produce & quality management.
* You have expertise in ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA, with an emphasis on PP and QM.
* You come from an established history of overseeing complex projects in major international firms and working with various stakeholders.
* You excel in communication, with exceptional English skills, both spoken and written; familiarity with German or other languages is a bonus.
