We are looking for you as Maintenance Methods Engineer (m/f/d) for our location in Friedrichsdorf.
* Deploy and oversee Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) processes to optimize equipment performance (MTTR, MTBF, TRP)
* Manage and update technical documentation and work instructions
* Propose and control maintenance budgets, including overheads, labor, and spare parts inventory
* Lead maintenance-related productivity improvements and QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) processes
* Ensure spare parts inventory is well maintained and equipment FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) is up-to-date
* Collaborate with process teams and maintenance supervisors for equipment industrialization, ensuring compliance with VSDP and IPROM standards
* Develop and implement safety standards, lead safety QRQC, and ensure safety culture is adhered to throughout the organization
* Assess environmental impacts of equipment and incorporate safety measures in design according to local and group regulations
* Develop team expertise, manage workforce planning, and support competence transfer and human resource needs
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical field
* Experience in People and Budget Management
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical field
* Preferred experience as Maintenance Method Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor
* Proficiency in German and English
