As Sales Director for the region, you’ll play a critical role in expanding our footprint, leading a team of talented AEs, and helping define what “best-in-class” looks like in the connected worker space. You won’t just inherit a patch - you’ll shape strategy, partner with enterprise manufacturers, and leave your mark on how Poka grows across Europe and beyond. What You’ll Own Lead, coach, and develop a team of three experienced Account Executives Drive new logo acquisition across key European markets Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve pipeline and revenue targets Build executive-level relationships within the manufacturing industry Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Professional Services, and RevOps Create scalable sales plays and influence the broader go-to-market motion Deliver insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity Support forecasts, budgeting, and regional planning at a senior level What You Bring 5 years of SaaS sales leadership experience, ideally across Europe Deep understanding of SaaS, technology trends, and market dynamics Proven ability to coach and scale high-performing sales teams Experience selling SaaS to enterprise organizations Strategic mindset with a hands-on, builder mentality Familiarity with consultative, long-cycle sale, and complex stakeholder environments Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus Willing to travel regularly across Europe The Team You’ll Join You’ll be part of a growing European GTM team that spans Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Talent - collaborating across the UK, Ireland, and Germany.
