* Drive customer specifications and roadmaps.
* Deliver customized solutions positioning us as the preferred partner.
* Lead technical engagements and support new product introductions.
* Coordinate service and warranty cases with internal and external stakeholders.
This role is based in Europe and reports directly to the Senior Director.
Your Responsibilities:
* Act as part of the Global Team serving global customers.
* Collaborate with senior managers to support customers' technical departments.
* Ensure our involvement in customer specification processes and future planning.
* Build strong customer relationships delivering competitive solutions.
* Position us as the preferred technical advisor through expertise and support.
Success Metrics:
* A strong pipeline of customer specifications and future sales.
* Increased adoption of new products and solutions.
* High customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
* Growth in account sales and profitability.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Process, or Water-related fields).
* Customer-facing technical experience with multinational clients.
* Familiarity with automation and communication protocols.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, SAP CRM, PDM, and related tools.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
