Now is the perfect time to jump in: Starting in September, we’re looking for an intern or working student in Sales & Business Development who wants to be part of this momentum – strategically, operationally, and right at the heart of building something new.
You'll be part of our core team, working directly with the founders, management, and partner companies. Onboarding: You’ll help new partner businesses get started and ensure they’re ready to launch operationally
Lead Generation & Execution: You’ll develop customer acquisition strategies, manage service providers, and implement projects with our partners
Sales Sparring: You’ll be the go-to person for our partners when it comes to sales, growth, and execution
Improving Structures: You’ll help us analyze and improve processes, tools, and workflows – hands-on and with an entrepreneurial mindset
You’ll get sparring and perspective: personal coaching, honest feedback – and, if there’s a good fit, the option for a permanent position
Fluent German (C2 level) – you’ll be communicating directly with our partner companies
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not a must

Individual coaching: Ongoing 1:1 mentoring from experienced sales leads, focused on your personal and professional growth
