About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Planner with strong project scheduling expertise to join our team on a major green hydrogen infrastructure project in Bremen. Supporting the full life cycle of project planning, coordination, and schedule control across engineering and construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, manage, and update detailed schedules using Primavera P6, from baseline planning through execution and closeout.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate workstreams into a cohesive master schedule.
* Conduct schedule reviews and analysis, including critical path, float, and delay analysis.
* Track progress, prepare look-ahead schedules, and issue regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
* Maintain alignment between contractor schedules and project milestones.
* Identify and communicate potential schedule risks, delays, and mitigation strategies.
* Ensure all scheduling activities are compliant with internal planning procedures and client requirements.
* Participate in planning meetings, interface coordination sessions, and client progress reviews.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling in the renewable energy or civil/construction sectors.
* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Primavera P6 is essential.
* Proven ability to manage schedules across the full project life cycle.
* Fluent in German (spoken and written); English also required.
* Experience coordinating complex infrastructure projects involving multiple disciplines and contractors.
* Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
