Customer Service Representative

We seek an independent and structured professional to handle worldwide commercial transactions efficiently.
* Process orders, prepare purchase orders, order confirmations, customs clearance documents, shipping documents, and invoices with precision and attention to detail.
* Maintain open lines of communication and provide exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for domestic and foreign business partners.
Working closely with customers, suppliers, agents, and sales team members, support the sales department in initiating and processing purchase and sales transactions.
Requirements:
* A commercial apprenticeship or comparable university degree is preferred, with experience in freight forwarding or foreign trade being highly desirable.
* Proficiency in Russian and English (speaking and writing) is essential, with Ukrainian and German being a bonus.
* Possess excellent analytical skills, be able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Have a service-oriented attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team.
