Aufgaben Perform goodwill impairment tests and other impairment assessments for tangible and intangible assets in accordance with IAS/IFRS Prepare company valuations for IFRS and statutory purposes following IDW S1/HFA RS 10 Analyze the financial effects of M&A transactions and assess different deal structures Support M&A projects in the areas of financial reporting, accounting, and corporate finance (e.g., purchase price allocations) Contribute to financial due diligence processes and conduct comprehensive risk analyses Ensure compliance and governance standards, particularly regarding data management for group subsidiaries Support the optimization of the group structure while collaborating closely with Legal, Finance & Treasury, and Tax departments Profil Degree in Business Administration or Economics with a focus on finance and/or accounting At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in business valuation, corporate finance, and financial accounting Strong analytical skills, highly structured working style, and solid problem-solving abilities Proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint Experience in managing cross-functional projects Clear and confident communication and presentation skills in both English and German Benefits Interesting tasks in a multinational environment
