1. Receipt, analysis, and processing of support requests in first and second level support
2. Prioritization and classification of tickets according to SLA requirements
3. Technical and professional support for customers in the use of SaaS applications
4. Independent resolution of recurring incidents as well as sustainable problem solving
5. Documentation of solutions and continuous expansion of the knowledge base
6. Support with releases, updates, and testing
7. Monitoring of the system landscape and proactive identification of disruptions
Stärken einbringen: Ihre Qualifikationen
8. Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist) or a comparable qualification
9. Experience in supporting SaaS or cloud applications is an advantage
10. Basic knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and databases (e.g., SQL)
11. Confident use of ticketing systems - Analytical and structured working approach
12. Strong service orientation and communication skills
13. Solid German and English skills, both written and spoken
