We are currently hiring an experienced Desktop Support / EUC Engineer for an onsite enterprise support role in Mainz. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in desktop support, deskside troubleshooting, and enterprise IT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide onsite desktop/deskside IT support
• Perform IMAC & Break/Fix activities
• Support Windows 10/11 and basic macOS environments
• Troubleshoot Office 365, Outlook, VPN, printers, and peripherals
• Work with SCCM, Microsoft Intune & ServiceNow
• Handle Active Directory administration and user support
• Provide VIP / Executive support
• Device imaging, deployment, patching & lifecycle management
• Follow ITIL processes for incident and request management
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution
✅ Required Skills & Experience:
• 3–5 years of Desktop Support / EUC / IT Support experience
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune & ServiceNow
• Knowledge of Active Directory and networking fundamentals
• Experience working in enterprise/corporate IT environments
• Ability to work independently in an onsite support role
