•Ensure the smooth operation of financial applications across international locations in line with established standards.
•Focus on financial accounting, asset accounting, and compliance with IFRS closing standards.
•Lead a team of three employees and collaborate closely with international users in financial and asset accounting.
•Evaluate user requirements and coordinate necessary developments with the internal development team and external service providers.
•Manage and monitor regular module updates and mid-year adjustments, considering country-specific laws and procedures.
•Act as the key contact during major roll-outs of new solutions, coordinating on-site implementation and ensuring successful go-live.
Requirements
•3–5 years of experience in financial or asset accounting, auditing, or as a certified tax specialist, ideally with experience supporting ERP applications. (Experienced and qualified career changers are also encouraged to apply).
•Fluent in English (required); German is a plus.
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize requests and manage internal developers and external partners.
•Solid understanding of ERP program structures and experience in implementing application changes.
