For an international touring orchestra concert production company, HRRE is recruiting experienced Social Media Coordinator for large-scale touring shows worldwide.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media & Community Coordinator to manage our online presence, engage with our audience, and support communication with venues for upcoming events and tours.
This role combines content publishing, community moderation, and coordination with venues to ensure smooth communication and consistent brand presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Maintain content calendar aligned with tour dates and campaigns
Ensure consistent brand voice and tone
Monitor performance and basic KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR)
Community Moderation
Respond to comments and DMs in a timely and professional manner
Engage with fans and followers to build strong community relationships
Escalate sensitive or complex inquiries when needed
Maintain positive and brand-aligned communication
Venue & Event Coordination Support
Communicate with venues regarding show promotion materials
Share event assets (posters, links, media kits)
Coordinate posting timelines with venue partners
Ensure event information is accurate across platforms
Follow up on promotional support and collaborations
Requirements
Experience managing social media accounts (preferably in entertainment, events, or touring)
Strong written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with deadlines and multiple cities/events
Familiar with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, or similar platforms
Basic understanding of social media performa
