They seek a Head of Finance to join as a key business partner to the CEO, based in the Goettingen area, Germany.What the job involvesServing as a strategic business partner to the CEO and the investorDeveloping and executing financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectivesBuilding a top-tier finance function, including robust controlling and reporting structuresProviding detailed financial analysis, insights, and benchmarks for strategic decision-makingDelivering accurate financial reports to management and shareholders, including ad-hoc analysesOverseeing budget planning, financial controls, forecasting, and financial statement reportingImplementing and optimizing management information systems and KPI frameworksManaging cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and capital structureOverseeing tax-related mattersManaging financial reporting under leverage financingLeading financing processes and M&A transactions, including post-merger integrationImproving finance processes, controls, and reporting toolsLeading organizational optimization and transformation initiativesServing as the primary contact for stakeholders, including investors, banks, auditors, and tax advisorsWho we are looking forUniversity degree in business administration, finance, or a related fieldProven experience as a Head of Finance in a small- to mid-cap company, with a record of delivering results and driving changeExperience in PE-backed companies and M&A transactions is a plusCarve-out experience is advantageousBackground in healthcare and/or manufacturing sectors is beneficialStrong finance expertise, including controlling and accountingHands-on, self-driven, eager to impact a growing environmentAnalytical, data-driven, with excellent problem-solving skillsStrategic thinker with modern, inclusive, and empathetic leadership styleExcellent communication and presentation skills in German and English #J-18808-Ljbffr
