This is a superb opportunity for a Chef de Rang looking to grow in a dynamic and professional environment where excellence and passion for service are at the heart of every operation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a section during events, ensuring outstanding guest service from start to finish.
* Coordinate with kitchen and senior service teams to deliver smooth and seamless service.
* Prepare and maintain mise en place and station setup in line with event needs.
* Train and guide junior staff during setup and service.
* Maintain elegance, speed, and precision even under pressure.
Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 3–6 years' experience in high-end restaurants, hotels, banqueting, or event catering.
* Highly organized, disciplined, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
* Genuine passion for hospitality and customer care.
* Strong communication and people management skills.
* Fluent in English; basic German is a plus but not required.
* Positive attitude, team player, and proactive mindset.
