You’ll make an impact by You will provide remote advanced technical support and conduct root cause analysis for EV charging systems, ensuring high-quality assistance and customer satisfaction Following up, you will support integration efforts between EV chargers, vehicles, and backend systems to enhance system compatibility and functionality Additionally, you will manage and resolve technical escalations efficiently, maintaining a clear documentation of support cases, resolutions, and technical learnings Collaboratively working with Product Champions and R&D teams, you will address recurring product issues and contribute to product enhancements to continuously improve product reliability Finally, you will provide feedback and training to frontline support teams to improve first-contact resolution rates and ensure adherence to operational key performance indicators (KPIs) This is how you'll win us over Education: Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with a first professional experience in Electrical Engineering.
