Whatyou’lldo asa People Business Partner:

1. Be the strategiccommercialpeople partnerforthe Europe North region leadership team, shaping and delivering a people planthat is aligned to ourgrowth and performance goals.

2. Actively work with business leaders to improve performance and team health. Stepinto conversationswhere people are central to success, and bring a clear, commercial lens to talent and performance issues.

3. Build capability & pipeline — own theend-to-endtalent agenda, succession, leadership& managementdevelopment and learning solutions (incl. sales, engineering, operations).

4. Design & lead change — organisational design, workforce planning,post-mergerintegration, and geographic expansion; create clarity of structure,rolesand decision rights.

5. Oversee HR operations, systems, and compliance to ensure seamless employee experience. Leverage data and insights to guide decisions and measure impact.

You are:

6. A proven (Senior) HR/People Business Partner in afast paced, scaling,multicountyenvironment (matrix / multiple legal entities).

7. Commercially astute:you read a P&L and KPIs, link peopleleverstooutcomes andprioritise initiatives that move the numbers;you’reexecutiondrivenand deliver at pace.

8. A trusted advisor and influencer:curious, proactive, comfortable challenging (including upwards), and skilled at building healthy stakeholder relationships.

9. Strong in OD,changeand workforce planning: from strategic design to sleeves-rolled-up delivery; able to “chunk up and chunk down.”

10. Fluent in German and English; willing to travel across the region.
