This position is responsible for the implementation and management of projects and programs within our Connector product. You will work to implement projects and programs by collaborating with the responsible plant departments, including but not limited to Engineering, Production Control, Manufacturing, R&D, and Quality.
What you can expect
* Develop marketing plans and programs to assess the present and future market potential of all assigned products
* Manage P&L responsibilities through final pricing and volume balancing, and implement marketing business plans
* Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, customer service, authorized representatives, direct sales personnel, and customers
* Develop and execute strategies to address competitive challenges
* Monitor plant performance and recommend operational changes to meet standards
* Ensure the timely and successful completion of projects and programs
What we are looking for
* University degree in a STEM-related discipline, e.g., Mechanical Engineering
* Several years of experience as a product manager, preferably with connectors
* Experience managing P&L responsibilities
* Proficient in English, both written and spoken; fluent German skills are preferred
* Willingness to travel internationally within Europe (25-50%)
