What you'll build About the Role ALM Regional Adoption Organisation focus on rolling out SAP Cloud ALM which accelerates implementation, operations and service aspect for SAP’s core products. We are looking for a proactive Working Student to ensure our customers receive the latest information in a timely and effective manner. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and the market, using data and creativity to drive engagement. Stakeholder Management: Manage the central communication channels (Email Inbox) and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Event Coordination: Assist in the organization of virtual and physical events organised by the ALM Regional Adoption team, handling everything from preparation to post-event follow-up and feedback analysis Data Analysis: Create insightful analysis reports and visualize data using MS Excel (Pivot Tables) Content Creation: Collaborate with colleagues to create interesting content to drive adoption of SAP Cloud ALM What you bring Education: Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences Field of Study: Preferred fields include Business Management or IT-related disciplines Computer Skills: High proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel (Pivot Tables), and MS Forms AI & Creativity: Experience using Generative AI tools to create visual and video content is highly desirable Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, creative mindset, analytical thinking, and a team-oriented attitude Agility: Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities ("work on the fly") Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken); German skills are preferred Where you belong CXS is an engineering unit within SAP Product Engineering and SAP Customer Solution Support & Innovation.
