Your mission:
As a Virtual Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in shaping and scaling our online presence — managing content, outreach, and engagement across platforms.
We’re not after perfection; we’re after professionalism, curiosity, and ownership — someone who can think ahead, execute fast, and keep standards high.
Tasks
Your key responsibilities:
* Strategically support content planning for LinkedIn and Instagram — from research and topic ideation to execution-ready outlines.
* Create clean, on-brand visuals in Canva (we love minimalist, modern design).
* Manage outreach and inbox interactions with professionalism and warmth — you’ll often be the first impression for our brand.
* Drive community growth and engagement through meaningful conversations (DMs, lead lists, and smart engagement tracking).
* Write captivating copy for posts, captions, and emails that reflect our voice: clear, confident, and real.
* Stay ahead of trends in social media, content strategy, and digital growth — and bring fresh ideas to the table.
➡ This role is for someone who already has experience managing social media accounts or content calendars — not a beginner role.
Requirements
You’ll thrive in this role if you…
* Already have hands-on experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management — and you love bringing strategy and aesthetics together.
* Prefer ownership over oversight — you know how to take a brief, run with it, and deliver results without micromanagement.

* Communicate confidently in English (bonus points if you can switch languages or understand international brand tones).
