* Strong commercial understanding and confident in managing pipelines, forecasts, and revenue goals.
* A supportive and reliable leader who sets clear expectations and helps teams succeed.
* Experience selling complex solutions to large organizations; experience in sustainability or energy is a plus. Professional fluency in English and German with strong communication skills.
