Job Summary:
As a seasoned Senior Manager of Investor Relations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our engagement with the financial community.
* Support the planning and execution of investor relations activities such as quarterly earnings calls, investor roadshows, capital market events, and broker conferences.
* Assist in building and maintaining long-term relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts and other stakeholders.
* Prepare presentations and materials for quarterly and annual earnings releases, in coordination with financial reporting and management.
* Conduct industry and competitor analyses; monitor analyst reports and market sentiment.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of investor relations processes and tools, including the IR inbox, website, and CRM systems.
Key Qualifications:
* University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Initial experience in financial-oriented activities such as Investor Relations, Controlling, Equity Research, Corporate M&A, Investment Banking or Transaction Advisory.
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in capital markets or finance, ideally within a publicly listed company.
* Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
* Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with IR software and CRM tools is a plus.
* High level of initiative, flexibility, and team orientation.
* Fluent in both English and German, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
