Your tasks
10. Entry, registration and processing of customer orders for spare parts and repairs.
11. Collaboration with the bid team, purchasing, internal and external partners and shipping.
12. Creating and monitoring orders in SAP (SD orders, production orders), checking the material situation, arranging invoices and creating reminders.
13. Active support of orders, finding solutions for deviations and processing complaints (NCR documents).
14. Maintaining files for spare parts and complaints, as well as archiving orders and documents.
15. Assisting in the management of projects, taking on sub-projects and conducting project meetings.
16. Independently handling telephone and e-mail correspondence, answering queries and representing the company's interests.
Your profile
17. Completed commercial vocational training and several years of professional experience.
18. IT skills: Confident handling of MS Office, Outlook and SAP
19. Language skills: Very good knowledge of German (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken
20. Entrepreneurial thinking, independent and autonomous way of working, communication, organizational and team skills.
