Develop and implement strategies and concepts for internal communications in collaboration with Corporate Communications colleagues worldwide
Advise and support different management levels, e.g. with internal postings, speeches, events and presentations, briefings, and Q&As
Create content for our internal communication channels (e.g. articles, interviews, videos, posts)
Plan and execute internal communication formats and events (such as townhalls, panel discussions, roundtables)
Work closely with all colleagues from Corporate Communications, as well as contacts from business units, functions, or projects
Support internal communication that provides orientation, builds trust, and conveys strategic topics clearly
Completed degree, ideally with a focus on communications, media, or business
At least 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in a corporate communications department or at an agency
Initial experience in developing communication concepts and advising stakeholders
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
