Manager Digital Delivery – R2 A&CS and Prec. Tech (m/f/d)
As a smart industrial company, we focus on Lifecycle solutions and a modern Tech Stack. Our Region 2 Aftermarket, Customer Support & Precision Technology team is looking for a Manager of Digital Delivery (m/f/d) to lead the digital and data-driven aspects of our strategy. This role involves working with regional and enterprise stakeholders to implement scalable, sustainable systems for our dealer network, including the PowerGard and John Deere Protect portfolios.
Your responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional enterprise and regional teams to align digital delivery with strategic priorities
* Provide credible timely input to Enterprise teams during new systems and business model development
* Collaborate with field teams in the deployment of new systems and tools which enhance dealer operations and customer support
* Ensure consistent reporting, to drive transparency and accountability for A&CS and Prec. Tech marketing/sales initiatives
* Manage and grow our existing PowerGard portfolio, support deployment of the business model to new markets and the expansion of John Deere Protect across the region
What Skills You Need:
* Ability to effectively collaborate across multiple functions and geographies, influencing without authority
* Commercial acumen, with the ability to connect strategic direction with clear tactical actions
* Planning and project management experience with proven capabilities in effective execution
* A strong affinity for data, with successful outcomes for John Deere, Dealer and Customers
* A curious mindset, with an open innovative approach to identifying and solving problems
* Excellent communication skills, with strong command of English
What Makes You Stand Out:
* Field experience in Aftermarket, Customer Support or Territory Business Management
* Experience collaborating with enterprise teams and working across multiple European markets
* Familiarity with John Deere systems and dealer network operations
* Additional language capabilities beyond English
Education:
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
* Degree in a Business/Management/Agriculture/Engineering/Marketing discipline or equivalent experience
This exempt position is based in Walldorf and vacant 1st December 2025.
