We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Supply Officer (m/f/d) After Sales for Standard Hardware".
Your tasks:
* Managing the flow of materials to Airbus and search for solutions to fulfill customer demands on standard/hardware materials
* Ensuring the accuracy of requirements submitted to suppliers and developing creative ideas to meet urgent needs
* Communicating demand to suppliers, placing and tracking orders, analyzing delivery delays and managing recovery plans
* Active participation in the definition and negotiation of logistic processes
* Monitoring the performance of the supply chain in day-to-day business as well as regular contact with suppliers
* Regular communication with internal customers about the progress of the order
Your profile:
* Completed studies in the field of business administration, supply chain/ logistics or a comparable qualification
* More than two years of professional experience in the field of controlling, supply chain and Disposition/ Material procurement
* Experience in customer service
* First knowledge in SAP
* Basic German skills
* Fluent in English
* Willingness to travel
