We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead and coordinate the End-2-End testing activities in System Integration Test & User acceptance Test phases of a major transformation program involving SAP, Salesforce and other integrated systems. The role underlines high impact and visibility, requiring hands-on management experience, a keen eye on details and seamless stakeholder collaboration across business and IT. The candidate should bring in strong management experience with fluent and sharp communication in a complex & enterprise level environment.
Main tasks:
* You will lead and coordinate End-2-End testing activities for our major SAP and Salesforce transformation, ensuring every detail is covered for a seamless go-live.
* By collaborating closely with IT consultants and business stakeholders, you plan, schedule, and execute comprehensive test cycles using JIRA-XRAY.
* Your expertise ensures that all test phases, from System Integration Testing to User Acceptance Testing, run smoothly and efficiently.
* You take ownership of defect management, driving resolution and prioritization to maintain the highest quality standards.
* Through transparent communication, you keep all stakeholders informed and engaged, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
* As a valued member of our project management team, you help shape the success of our digital transformation and support go-live readiness.

* Qualification: You hold a university degree in IT, business, or a related field; certifications such as ISTQB, PMP, or Agile are a plus.
* Experience: With at least several years in project or test management—especially in SAP environments—you bring a proven track record in complex, international projects.
* Know-how and skills: Your hands-on expertise with SAP (S/4 HANA, ECC, Fiori), Salesforce, and test management tools like JIRA-XRAY sets you apart.
* Nice to have: Experience with hybrid project delivery models, ARIS, and audit compliance will help you shine even brighter in this role.
* Personality: You are curious, results-driven, and thrive in dynamic environments where your clear communication inspires those around you.
* Language skills: Your business-fluent English enables you to connect and collaborate across our global teams.
