To support this, we are seeking top Talent Attraction performers who can serve as trusted advisors to our leaders, identify and attract suitable profiles, and contribute to Ambu’s long-term talent attraction projects.
Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for an additional TA Partner to join our global Talent Attraction team. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent, you will focus on supporting the growth in our DACH Sales region and assist with global functions. Your responsibilities will include supporting recruitment operations, building a strong talent pipeline, strengthening our employer brand in your area, and other TA activities.
You will have full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, helping leadership identify capability needs, develop sourcing strategies, and support interview stages. Proactive approaches to passive candidates will be part of your sourcing strategies. Additionally, you will act as the People & Culture representative during interviews, conduct reference checks, and advise on salary levels.
This role suits a proactive recruiter experienced in the commercial sector, energized by branding and talent sourcing in a sales-driven environment.
You can be based in Ballerup, Denmark; Bad Nauheim, Germany; or Augsburg, Germany. We offer a hybrid working environment, with some international travel expected.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as a Recruitment Business Partner to leadership: identifying needs, candidate outreach, interview support, and offer management.
2. Implement creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to proactively approach the right candidates.
3. Engage with future talents to maintain a strong pipeline in DACH and global functions.
4. Participate in interviews, providing feedback on psychometric and cognitive assessments.
5. Ensure inclusion and cognitive diversity throughout the business, acting as a subject matter expert.
6. Collaborate with the global Talent Attraction team on long-term improvement projects.
Candidate Profile
Skills
* Experience in proactive recruitment, either internally or as an external headhunter.
* Strong active sourcing skills and a proactive approach to filling positions efficiently without compromising quality.
* Professional proficiency in German and English.
* Experience supporting commercial functions; experience with other corporate functions is a plus.
* Experience in a regulated industry such as Medtech, Life Science, Engineering, or Technology.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise managers based on market data.
* Experience in or desire to work in an international environment.
