Job Opportunity: Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance on an ad-hoc basis for multiple clients in Luxembourg.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to incidents and requests via client-approved ticketing systems, adhering to service level agreements (SLA) priorities.
* Assist users with computer, peripheral equipment, software, and electronic device installations, configurations, and usability within established standards and guidelines.
* Provide remote support when necessary.
* Perform device maintenance (testing/troubleshooting laptops, virtual machines, printers, meeting rooms, etc.) for refresh or new installations, updating the database accordingly.
* Prevent recurrence of dissatisfied responses by identifying and addressing root causes.
* Support remote teams as needed for site server/network device local interventions.
Required Profile:
* A bachelor's degree in computer science and prior experience in a similar role.
* Experience working in a Microsoft environment.
* Familiarity with MS Active Directory, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), BitLocker Drive Encryption, Backup, Local Area Network (LAN), collaboration platforms, and Cloud Storage (Microsoft OneDrive).
* Organized, effective communicator, and skilled problem-solver able to deliver structured troubleshooting solutions within a brief timeframe.
* Customer-oriented, team player, and self-motivated individual.
* Fluent in French and working proficiency in English (B2 level minimum).
