Responsibilities:
* Organization and processing of workflows within the scope of extended workbench operations
* Planning, control, and continuous monitoring and tracking of in-house production parts
* Ensuring on-time production and optimal compliance with lead time and cost targets
* Defining processing priorities in close coordination with production lines and assembly planning
* Efficient design and continuous improvement of material flow
* Taking on special tasks, including independent project management
Qualifications:
* Completed technical degree / Technician, Industrial Master / Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d) or Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) with technical know-how
* Entrepreneurial mindset
* Independent and responsible working style
* Strong cooperation and communication skills within a team
* Good knowledge of common MS Office programs, especially Excel is desirable
* SAP experience is an advantage
