About this Role
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the effective delivery of security services to our customers.
Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT security, security management, and telecom concepts, as well as experience in Cybersecurity topics.
This is a challenging opportunity for someone who can create, define, support, and develop security activities and processes related to Managed Security Services.
In addition to implementing and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices, such as ISO/IEC 27000, NIST series 800 or FIPS, you will also have the chance to work on projects that leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills.
We are looking for a team player with strong leadership skills who can lead projects, collaborate with other IT and business functions, and make a meaningful contribution to our organization's success.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in IT security or a related field (master's degree preferred)
* Proven experience (3–5 years) in IT security, security management, telecom, and Cybersecurity topics
* Knowledge of hardware/software systems and security infrastructure
* Understanding of security governance activities, including ISO/IEC 27000, NIST, and FIPS
Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
* Effective communication and collaboration skills
