Ambition: As a skilled massage therapist, you will be responsible for performing various massage techniques and body treatments. Your goal is to create a relaxing atmosphere for our guests and ensure their complete satisfaction.
Promotion: You will promote our spa services and products to our guests, as well as provide recommendations for our offers and amenities. A positive and enthusiastic attitude is essential for this role.
Tasks: Your daily tasks include providing professional massages and body treatments, advising and supporting our guests in selecting our services and products, conducting SPA tours to ensure a relaxing atmosphere, maintaining order and security in the SPA area, selling SPA treatments and products from our partners BABOR and Vitalis, and assisting the team at the SPA reception and during various events in the sauna area.
* a completed training as a physiotherapist or medical masseur (m/w/d) and relevant work experience in a luxurious spa hotel or day SPA area
* a positive aura and enthusiasm, as well as open and friendly personality
* a high sense of responsibility and accuracy in your work
* a special guest-oriented approach, with attention to our house standards
* good communication and teamwork skills
* excellent German and good English skills
* proficient use of standard PC programs and SPA software
