About us

Rabot Energy is an independent provider of dynamic electricity tariffs with 100% green electricity. With our innovative purchasing strategies, we ensure both ecological sustainability and cost optimization in home energy management. By passing on the exchange purchase prices to our customers, we can reduce their electricity bills by an average of 35%. Owners of electric vehicles and smart meters can particularly benefit from our dynamic electricity tariff, as they can automatically charge their vehicles at home when the exchange electricity prices are particularly low. In our Rabot Energy app, charging preferences can be easily set and the current exchange electricity prices can be tracked. With our intelligent charging solutions, we are actively contributing to increasing the share of green electricity in total electricity consumption in Germany.

Our vision is to give every customer the opportunity to control their own energy consumption smartly while protecting the environment and resources. By offering smart charging and energy management, Rabot Energy is helping to actively drive the energy transition. We have already been able to convince over 100,000 customers with our idea.

Why now?

The energy market is experiencing the biggest upheaval in 50 years. We no longer manage electricity, we make it intelligent. RABOT is growing at triple-digit rates – and in the midst of this growth, we are rebuilding our brand: new CI, new messaging framework, roll-out across all channels and teams. This is our most important marketing initiative right now.

With ambitious growth targets ahead of us, we now need someone who will professionally build and protect the brand and turn it into a real competitive advantage. That's your role.


Aufgaben

Your mission

You will become the brand authority at RABOT. You will be responsible for our positioning, the messaging framework and copy direction, further develop our CI and roll it out across all channels and teams. You translate insights into concepts and concepts into campaigns that not only perform, but also build a brand – story-first and emotionally.

You will guide designers, copywriters and external creative partners with precise briefings (objective, audience, KPIs) and keep the creative standard high without getting bogged down in operational details. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales and Product, report directly to the marketing management – and build up your own team in the future, including the future social media manager.

Your results

We think in terms of results, not to-do lists. If you're successful, it looks like this:

Month 3 (Ramp-up)

  • You took over the rebrand project completely: recorded existing briefings with the external creative and copywriting partners, identified gaps and brought in your own brand perspective.
  • You have carried out initial campaign reviews and set the quality standard.
  • The internal brand stakeholders (Sales, Product) know you as a central point of contact.

Month 6 (Performance)

  • The rebrand is complete: new CI and messaging framework are live, the roll-out plan is implemented, all teams are equipped with brand toolkits.
  • The campaign quality is measurably better – story-first, emotional, brand-building.
  • Production coordination runs smoothly through the Junior Production & Content Coordinator, without escalations.

Month 12 (Scale)

  • The RABOT brand has a clearly perceptible identity – consistent across all channels, both internally and externally.
  • You are the undisputed brand authority in the company.
  • Campaigns are created with a clear narrative and measurable brand impact.

Profil

Who we are looking for

  • Brand Strategist: You have been responsible for at least one brand holistically – from positioning to roll-out – and show a strategic track record, not just individual executions (at least 5 years in brand management).
  • Storyteller: Messaging frameworks and copy direction are your craft. You turn a complex energy story into a brand that sticks – story-first and emotionally.
  • Creative Director: You will lead designers, copywriters and external creative partners. Your briefs are precise – objective, audience, KPIs – instead of guessing.
  • Campaign head: You develop campaigns from insight to concept to execution and think brand building and measurable impact together.
  • Diplomat: You will be at C-level eye level and bring sales, product and leadership behind a common brand idea.
  • Doer: You take ownership, provide structure and keep the creative standard high – even in ambiguity, without sinking into operational details.

Nice to have: Experience in the energy/utility or FinTech sector, experience with performance-driven brand campaigns, knowledge of the German energy market, AI tools in the creative workflow (e.g. Midjourney, ChatGPT) and team experience in a scale-up.
