Rabot Energy is an independent provider of dynamic electricity tariffs with 100% green electricity. With our innovative purchasing strategies, we ensure both ecological sustainability and cost optimization in home energy management. By passing on the exchange purchase prices to our customers, we can reduce their electricity bills by an average of 35%. Owners of electric vehicles and smart meters can particularly benefit from our dynamic electricity tariff, as they can automatically charge their vehicles at home when the exchange electricity prices are particularly low. In our Rabot Energy app, charging preferences can be easily set and the current exchange electricity prices can be tracked. With our intelligent charging solutions, we are actively contributing to increasing the share of green electricity in total electricity consumption in Germany.

Why now?
The energy market is experiencing the biggest upheaval in 50 years. We no longer manage electricity, we make it intelligent. RABOT is growing at triple-digit rates – and in the midst of this growth, we are rebuilding our brand: new CI, new messaging framework, roll-out across all channels and teams. This is our most important marketing initiative right now.
With ambitious growth targets ahead of us, we now need someone who will professionally build and protect the brand and turn it into a real competitive advantage. That's your role.
Your mission
You will become the brand authority at RABOT. You will be responsible for our positioning, the messaging framework and copy direction, further develop our CI and roll it out across all channels and teams. You translate insights into concepts and concepts into campaigns that not only perform, but also build a brand – story-first and emotionally.
You will guide designers, copywriters and external creative partners with precise briefings (objective, audience, KPIs) and keep the creative standard high without getting bogged down in operational details. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales and Product, report directly to the marketing management – and build up your own team in the future, including the future social media manager.

Who we are looking for
Nice to have: Experience in the energy/utility or FinTech sector, experience with performance-driven brand campaigns, knowledge of the German energy market, AI tools in the creative workflow (e.g. Midjourney, ChatGPT) and team experience in a scale-up.
