Job Opportunity
As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in our international expansion and contribute to the success of our brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute trade marketing strategies for key retail channels, including petrol stations, convenience, and independent retailers.
* Lead go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with Sales and Key Account teams to design tailored promotions, planograms, and in-store campaigns that drive shopper engagement and brand visibility.
* Analyze data to track campaign performance, spot trends, and guide future planning and spend efficiency.
* Stay up-to-date on competitor activity and help us maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
* University degree in Sales or Marketing
* At least 3 years of experience in FMCG trade marketing
* Strong command of MS Office, SAP, and trade marketing tools
* Great understanding of shopper behavior and what drives sell-through at point of sale
* A proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of projects
