Linde Gas Therapeutics GmbH Senior Productivity Manager Healthcare Region South West (m/f/d) Oberschleißheim, Germany｜req24918 What you will enjoy doing In this role, you will lead the development of Region South West (RSW) productivity in the Homecare area by identifying, scoping, and supporting the implementation of performance enhancement and strategic projects/programs You will plan and deploy cross-functional projects across different Homecare units, collaborating with partners across the organization to prioritize key initiatives and drive results Furthermore, you will identify project and program issues, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure high-quality, timely project execution You will support the Homecare business in improving processes and promote the adoption of lean methodologies to enable quicker, transparent, and data-driven decision-making Coaching and overseeing additional projects for Homecare RSW, including leading training programs will also be part of your responsibilities You coordinate procurement efforts in collaboration with local procurement organizations within RSW What makes you great You hold a degree in Engineering and/or Business Management, an MBA is considered a strong advantage In addition, you are fluent in both English and German.
