Are you experienced in logistics coordination, process‑driven, and motivated to work in a dynamic international environment?</p><p><br></p><p>Join our team in Mannheim and play a key role in coordinating our logistics operations, managing third‑party logistics partners (3PLs), and supporting customer service activities, with a particular focus on Switzerland. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Logistics & 3PL Management</strong> </p><p>• Coordination between internal teams and external warehousing and transportation service providers, including ongoing monitoring of 3PL processes and performance</p><p>• Alignment and review of new customer‑specific and operational requirements in collaboration with 3PL partners • Coordination of co‑packing activities within the warehouse, including assembly, packaging, and value‑added services </p><p>• Coordination of rework activities and handling of defective goods with external partners, including quotation requests </p><p>• Monitoring and control of EDI interfaces between Business Central and logistics service providers • Acting as an interface to Customer Service for logistics‑related claims and issues </p><p>• Preparation of reports and KPI tracking, including service provider performance metrics • Invoice verification (freight and warehousing), cost control, and ensuring budget adherence </p><p>• Management, documentation, and continuous optimisation of returns and shipping processes, including employee training </p><p>• Functional support for logistics and supply chain projects, including process improvements </p><p>• Coordination of incoming sample shipments for new products from Asia, including international couriers and shipping documentation </p><p>• Organisation of shipments and returns for international trade fairs, including delivery tracking </p><p>• Conducting regular inventory reconciliations to ensure consistency between physical stock, warehouse records, and ERP systems </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Customer Service & Order Management (Focus Switzerland) </strong></p><p>• Active support of existing customer contacts, primarily office‑based </p><p>• Independent execution of order management processes, from quotation and order entry through to on‑time delivery and invoicing </p><p>• Processing and resolution of customer enquiries and complaints in close coordination with internal teams • Close collaboration with Sales, including support throughout all phases of the sales process • Accurate recording and maintenance of customer and order data within the ERP system • Ongoing coordination with logistics partners to ensure high service levels and timely deliveries</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About You:</strong> </p><p>• Completed vocational training or a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification </p><p>• Relevant professional experience in logistics or supply chain management, ideally working with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and customer service processes </p><p>• Strong communication skills with proven experience managing both internal and external stakeholders </p><p>• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on cost analysis, cost control, and process optimisation </p><p>• Fluent German and English skills (required) </p><p>• Confident use of logistics and analytics tools such as Business Central, Excel, Pivot tables, Tableau or Power BI </p><p>• Experience in international logistics processes and knowledge of foreign trade regulations is a plus</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong> </p><p>• A responsible role with room for ownership and professional growth </p><p>• A collaborative working environment within an international and supportive team </p><p>• Flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes </p><p>• Hybrid working model </p><p>• Convenient office location with good parking facilities </p><p>• 30 days of annual leave </p><p>• Competitive compensation package</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Interested?</strong> Apply now… we look forward to receiving your application. </p><p><br></p><p>Note: Please include your salary expectations for the role when applying. </p>
