Scale processes with automation and AI, identifying opportunities to improve speed, scalability and business decision-making.
Drive growth enablement across teams through intelligence and transformation, training stakeholders on tools, data literacy and performance management.
Ensure data quality and visibility, implementing governance controls and real-time reporting across CRM and operational systems.
Act as a strategic partner to the COO, collaborating closely with Product & Tech on automation, integrations and roadmap alignment.
Establish feedback loops that turn operational and customer insights into improvements across Product, Marketing and Service.
This is what you bring to the table
You bring several years of experience in data- and operations-driven roles – ideally at the intersection of commercial and technical teams. You’ve led people or steered complex initiatives, and you’re comfortable taking ownership in fast-moving environments.
You know what it takes to build dashboards and KPI systems that people actually use – whether in tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase or directly in HubSpot. Clean data, clear logic, and actionable insights matter to you.
You understand CRM systems in depth (ideally HubSpot or Salesforce), and you’ve worked with or built the surrounding toolstack that connects workflows, reporting and communication. Data governance isn’t an afterthought for you – it’s the foundation.
You collaborate effectively with Product and Tech, speak their language when needed, and know how to translate business needs into scalable solutions. You’re curious about what’s possible with AI and automation – not as buzzwords, but as tools to solve real problems.
Last but not least: You’ve worked in or around the insurance space or in InsurTechs and understand the dynamics of claims, policies and partner-led distribution.
