About the role You’ll lead Dyson’s performance across several of our key retail partners in Germany. As our Senior Key Account Manager, you’ll set new benchmarks for partnership and delivery, mentoring a team and strengthening our position as a category leader What you’ll do Own and grow Dyson’s retail accounts—build senior-level relationships, set the joint business agenda, and drive lasting growth across all categories. Shape and deliver annual business plans for major accounts, making sure Dyson’s priorities translate into results that matter. Lead, coach, and develop the team—set clear goals, guide their progress, and celebrate their success. Hit ambitious sales and margin targets, using precise forecasting, data-driven promotion, and strict budget control. Launch new campaigns and technologies—guarantee seamless, premium execution in-store and on digital platforms. Protect and elevate Dyson’s reputation for quality at every touchpoint. Work closely with media, retail activation, and category teams to maximise ROI and boost shopper engagement. Present persuasive reviews and proposals to senior retail stakeholders—win attention and win trust. Expand our existing partnerships and spot fresh opportunities for growth. About you 6 years’ experience managing large retail accounts—ideally in Beauty or SDA (small domestic appliances). Deep knowledge of the German retail landscape and a record of spot-on, sustainable growth. Experience managing and developing team members. Ambitious, curious, and proactive—known for creating high-trust partnerships. A logical, structured approach, mixed with creative problem-solving and adaptability. Skilled networker and negotiator, comfortable influencing at the highest levels. Strong analytical skills—decisive, persuasive, and precise. Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
