The Opportunity
For our growing office in Düsseldorf (Broadway Office), we are seeking an Partner Assistant (m/w/d) in the Corporate/M&A practice group in a permanent full-time role. The team you will support advises companies on transactions and legal matters in an international context.

* Versatile Communication: Handle correspondence in German and English, as well as telephone communication with clients and colleagues across our global network.
* Financial Management: Prepare billing notes, handle expense and travel reimbursements, and manage related administrative correspondence.
* Business Development Support: Assist in creating and revising business development documents and presentations, and coordinate collaboration within national and international teams.
* Calendar and Contact Management: Maintain and update team calendars and contacts.
* Event and Travel Organization: Arrange business trips, internal and external events, and client meetings domestically and internationally.
Your Profile:
* Qualifications: Completed training as a foreign language correspondent (m/w/d), European secretary (m/w/d), a similar industry-related qualification, or a bachelor's degree.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and modern IT and communication technologies.
* Language Skills: Excellent German and English language skills.
* Competencies: Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a structured, independent work approach.
* Personal Traits: Commitment, team spirit, and enthusiasm for working in a highly international and diverse team.
