For our Client, a Polish manufacturer specializing in construction materials, particularly in the production of bitumen membranes, waterproofing solutions, and insulation materials with almost 40 years of tradition which is developing the sales market in Germany, we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Country Sales Manager in construction materials industry - from central Germany
active sale of innovative and high-quality products tailored for both residential and commercial construction industrie,
coordination of sales processes and acquisition of new customers,
participation in creating a sales development strategy on the German market and building new distribution channels,
managing the sales budget and promotion policy,
management of a small sales team,
setting goals and supporting the team in achieving them,
excellent knowledge of German (level C1/C2) and very good knowledge of English or Polish (level B2/C1) - must have,
at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales in the construction materials industry on the German market,
proven experience in managing a distributed team and managing sales processes,
independence, commitment, passion for sales
practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams);
a full-time, stable work based on an employment contract directly with the employer,
basic salary and quarterly bonus correlated with sales results
