1. Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times, and regular contact is maintai
ned.
2. From a sales handover, validate scope and complete robust and spec compliant design of the BMS / technological solu
tion.
3. Hold commercial responsibility to meet or improve upon project target margins, and fulfil all procurement as req
uired.
4. Ensure project delivery is achieved on time to the pro
gramme.
5. Manage sub-contract installation and manufacturing to meet project requi
rements.
6. Manage additional labour resources if
required.
7. Undertake full engineering and design of the project, to high
standards.
8. Undertake the on-site pre-commissioning / final commissioning of the associated technologies used on t
he project.
9. Be solely responsible in the demonstration and hand over of fully operational systems for acceptance by t
he customer.
10. Ensure compliance to ABEC quality assurance procedures a
nd standards.
11. Ensure progress reporting is achieved on time internally a
nd externally.
12. Undertake the creation of risk assessments and method statements for all works, and ensure health and safety procedures and standard
s are followed.13. Ensure sites are cleared of surplus equipment and materials prior to handover / demonstratio
n / completion.14. Create and maintain all pertinent design and record documentation throughout the project, concluding in final record version for
client manuals.
In addition to technical expertise, the candidate is expected to provide direction and support to the project and maintenance e
