Main responsibilities include:

* Leading workplace and facilities operations across the region

* Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining audit readiness

* Managing day-to-day property operations, lease obligations, and tenancy matters

* Delivering flexible, innovative office solutions that align with global standards

* Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Finance, Tech Ops, H&S, ESG, and Procurement

* Supervising a regional network of facilities managers and coordinators

Key requirements for this role include:

The successful candidate will have:

* 5 to 10 years of experience in corporate real estate and facilities management
">
* Proven ability to manage multi-site portfolios, ideally across multiple countries
">
* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
">
* Deep understanding of compliance, H&S and ESG in a corporate setting
">
* IOSH certification (NEBOSH desirable)
">
* Degree-qualified, preferably in a related field
">
* Fluent in English and the region's main language
">
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data-driven systems
">
* Willingness to travel across the region
">
