Job Description
The company is seeking a senior compliance officer to lead the development and implementation of its compliance framework. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and experience in managing complex compliance programs.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Conducting regular risk assessments and monitoring activities to identify potential compliance issues.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure data consistency and regulatory adherence across departments.
* Providing training and support to colleagues on compliance-related matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications
The following qualifications are required for this position:
* At least 5 years of experience as a compliance officer or manager within a financial institution or related field.
* In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, including CSSF rules and Luxembourg AML Law.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
* Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
