PACETEQ is looking for a data-driven professional to join our Customer Support Team, powering world-class motorsport operations with cutting-edge software and data solutions. You’ll help our rapidly growing customer base gain a competitive advantage and win competitions, while shaping the future of sports tech.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Help customers integrate our software into their workflow and team, unlocking competitive advantage.
* Provide technical software support for race events (communication with teams, timekeepers, series promoters).
* Research and calculate strategic race parameters (pitstop loss, expected laptime).
* Merge customer feedback and channel insights into development, and help shape future product features.
* Participate in the design and testing of new software features.
* Deliver actionable feedback and contribute to product evolution.
* Optimize processes to guarantee best-in-class customer support.
* Leverage AI tools to maximize workflow efficiency.
* Build and maintain a comprehensive Knowledge Base for all PACETEQ products.
WHAT YOU BRING
* Passion for motorsport and solid industry knowledge.
* Fluent English (spoken and written).
* Exceptional communication skills and a true team player.
* Calm under pressure, strong problem-solving abilities.
* Comfortable with a high volume of weekend work and flexible hours.
* Proactive, eager to learn, able to work independently and remotely.
* Engineering background is a plus, not a must.
