**Enterprise Architect Role Overview:**
This position involves playing a pivotal role in driving our company-wide ERP transformation initiative. You will be responsible for bridging business needs with technical execution, creating clarity in complexity, and steering the architectural vision for a future-ready IT landscape.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar field, and/or equivalent practical experience. They will also possess proven expertise in enterprise architecture with a focus on ERP transformation, ideally within large international organizations.
We are seeking an Enterprise Architect who is skilled in SAP S/4HANA architecture, cloud platforms, middleware, APIs, data architecture, and cybersecurity principles. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating both strategic and technical aspects of IT landscapes.
* Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools to support a seamless and future-proof ERP implementation.
* Assess the impact of new systems on existing IT infrastructure and business processes across departments.
* Identify architectural risks and develop mitigation strategies early on.
* Define, develop, and enforce enterprise architecture principles and guidelines.
* Ensure consistent architecture standards across all IT and business units involved in the ERP journey.
* Collaborate closely with project managers, solution architects, and domain experts to identify opportunities where technology can directly support or enable business strategy.
* Define reference architectures and roadmaps for future growth and transformation.
* Ensure the ERP program aligns with long-term business goals and overall IT strategy.
**Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in enterprise architecture with a focus on ERP transformation.
* Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration with other business-critical systems.
* Experience with architecture frameworks like TOGAF, ArchiMate, or comparable.
* Strong understanding of cloud platforms, middleware, APIs, data architecture, and cybersecurity principles.
* Excellent communication skills to translate complex tech into simple business language.
* Confident decision-maker with strong stakeholder management skills.
