About Lumenis:
Lumenis is a global leader in the field of minimally invasive clinical solutions for the Ophthalmology and Aesthetic markets, and is a world-renowned expert in developing and commercializing innovative energy-based technologies, including Laser, Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), and Radio-Frequency (RF).
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support to distributors, including installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of medical laser systems.
· Operate in a hybrid role: remote support plus 1-3 field visits per quarter across EMEA region.
· Ensure prompt and professional resolution of customer issues to maintain high satisfaction, while collaborating with service and sales teams to implement service strategies and grow the business.
· Handle customer calls and escalations with urgency.
· Ensure distributors meet Lumenis service standards and SLA's.
· Lead product training sessions and act as EMEA’s main trainer.
· Identify efficiency improvements for distributors.
· Maintain strong communication with managers and sales colleagues.
· Escalate risks to customer satisfaction or contract fulfillment.
· Manage tools, test equipment and parts according to company policy.
Qualification required:
· Degree in Electronics or Mechanical, Engineering/practical engineering.
· Previous experience with laser products, Ophthalmic or Aesthetics will be beneficial.
. Very good planning, time management and organization skills.
· Fluent in English is a must. German level B2.
· Good oral and written communication skills.
· Attendance of training courses and technical seminars in Europe will also be required.
