Job Details: About the Role: We're on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition & HR Partner to join our team in Germany. In this hybrid role, you'll be the go-to people personu2014driving end-to-end recruitment while also partnering on HR initiatives that truly make a difference. Youu2019ll work closely with hiring managers, bring in top talent, and champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture. As the sole Recruitment presence and part of a small HR team in-country, you wonu2019t just support our teamu2014 youu2019ll shape the local office experience. From sourcing standout candidates to advising managers on people strategies, this is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of our growth. What Youu2019ll Do: Manage recruitment activity u2013 Own the full hiring lifecycle, from writing job ads and headhunting to making offers and onboarding. You will be supporting both local and regional recruitment needs including UK and Central Europe Partner with hiring managers u2013 Act as a strategic advisor to Global stakeholders on hiring needs, market trends, and interview best practices. Get creative with sourcing u2013 Use job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, attend industry events and proactive outreach to find and engage top talent. Ensure competitive offers u2013 Collaborate with our Compensation team to align roles with fair pay and benefits. Keep us compliant & consistent u2013 Manage Workday entries, support HR processes, and ensure policy alignment. Champion our culture u2013 Be a culture carrier for our German team, fostering a positive, inclusive environment. What Youu2019ll Bring: - Proven in-house or RPO recruitment experience, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments. - S trong knowledge of sourcing tools and ATS platforms (Workday experience is a plus). - Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills. - Deep understanding of German labor law and HR best practices. - Fluent in English and German. - A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently u2014 and thrive.
